Polaris RZR XP Shock Upgrade

Shock Service & Upgrade Information:
Just like the engine oil in your car, the oil in your shocks
will need attention as well. All shocks have a finite life based on the
quality of the oil; the shear properties of the oil break down over time,
losing their damping characteristics.
You can keep your UTV shocks at top-level performance by
getting serviced by the same FOX technicians the pros depend on, utilizing
genuine FOX parts and fluids.
And while you are in the process of servicing your shocks,
you might as well check out the upgrade options available directly from FOX.
FOX has produced over 60,000 shocks that were installed by
the factory on Polaris RZR S, RZR 4 and RZR XP. These original equipment
shocks come with low-speed compression adjustment and work well in a wide
variety of situations. If you are looking to improve shock performance, and
don't want to spend thousands on new shocks, FOX can help. FOX Racing Shox
technicians can not only perform service that will keep your shocks running
like new, but they can also upgrade your OE shocks so you can get more
performance out of the shocks you have.
Upgrade your Polaris RZR XP shocks without breaking the
bank. Save thousands over replacing your stock FOX by upgrading with one of
our 3 upgrade options. Choose from dual-speed compression, rebound
adjustability, or the complete Stage 3 package, and get serviced by the same
FOX technicians the pros depend on.
Stage 1: Dual Speed Compression

The Dual-Speed Compression adjuster allows you to fine tune
your ride to a wider range of driving styles and riding conditions. You can
now adjust the shock's high- and low-speed compression damping by simply
turning the external adjusters, which allows you to maximize small bump
compliance and traction while keeping the extra damping required for big
hits.
Stage 2: Rebound and Racing Parts

Rebound adjustment, FOX high-flow racing piston, and valving
set up.
Stage 3: Dual-speed Compression, Rebound, and racing
parts

Upgrade to the same performance and features as the
2.0 Piggyback RC2 coil-over shock. Includes DSC, rebound adjustment, FOX
high-flow racing piston, and valving set up.

Review:
Low-Speed Compression Adjustment Low-Speed Compression Adjustment primarily affects the compression damping
during slow suspension movements such as g-outs or smooth jump landings.
Choose a setting that gives good body control (roll in corners, dive under
braking, squat under acceleration, etc.) without causing excessive harshness
or loss of traction.
High-Speed Compression Adjustment High-Speed Compression Adjustment mainly affects the compression damping
during medium to fast suspension movements such as steep jump faces, harsh
flat landings and aggressive whoops. The goal is to run as little high-speed
compression damping as possible without bottoming out so your ride across
the choppy dunes is as smooth as possible.
