Product information such as shock features, current application charts, technical manuals, and suspension upgrades are easy to locate, as each section of the site is now customized by type of vehicle.
The new service and support section of the site provides detailed information on how to maintain your existing Custom Axis Racing Shocks, send them in for service, adjust your shocks for varying conditions, and also lists a schedule of events where you can find a Custom Axis support vehicle.
"In order to provide our customers with the ability to place an order at anytime, from anywhere, we implemented an online ordering form and eBay store," said Department Manger, Andy Lambert. "Although all of our shocks are custom built to order and not stocked on the shelf, both features serve as a convenient solution reducing the need to place orders by phone or fax."
Future plans for the site include video demonstrations, on-line chat, photo galleries, and much more.
